NAEA Disaster News Release & Related Documents
 

This page contains links to downloadable copies of four disaster-related NAEA documents, in Microsoft Word formats.  The first document is a copy of the NAEA national news release sent out on August 31, 2005.

A localized version of the news release was distributed by the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents (GAEA) on September 2nd.  The second link leads to this document.

Also included is a copy of an information document on reconstructing records after a disaster, written by member Carol Thompson, EA, and another document by Carol describing how to assemble an "Evacuation Box" of critical documents that can be easily carried away if a taxpayer and family have to evacuate ahead of a future disaster.

Also included is the text for a radio public service announcement.

State and local affiliates and individual members may use the news releases and other documents for local marketing purposes.
